I found this on some random foodie website whilst eagerly searching the internet in the hopes of looking busy at my current job, because I have absolutely nothing to do - at all! I've been reduced to busy work and will soon no doubt be moved to the basement with the roaches, but they can't take away my red stapler, that is property belonging solely to me and not the behemoth which rules the retail sector of the world.

I think that term has been stretched beyond reasonable doubt WAY past it's original interpretation.
I love food, I love to eat and cook it and also I love to cook for others to enjoy as well. However, I do not consider myself a foodie. This is a higher distinction made available only to those who really dive into the sauce of food - not one who creates a hot dog cutter upper for the amusement of very small children and high middle age people.
